This project involved the development and preparation of a conceptual park plan for property adjacent to two major residential subdivisions under construction in Montville Township, Ohio. Major components of the project included identifying the Township’s goals, preferences, and expectations for facility use - passive versus active use, anticipated users, athletic field specifications, permanent structures, lighting, signing, development time-frame, etc.

McCoy Associates prepared numerous preliminary site layouts which illustrated  a variety of proposed facilities including baseball/soccer fields, playground, parking lots, trails, structure locations, etc. The final conceptual report identified a preferred alternative, preliminary construction cost estimates and potential funding sources. These services will be complete by the beginning of 2005.
