architecture, and surveying services for Phase I of the new multi-use synthetic
turf practice field and natural turf practice field, including:
• Boundary and topographical surveys, field layout verification, and estimate of
probable construction cost
• Preparation of contract documents and value engineering of different
alternative field layouts
• Provisions for pedestrian and emergency vehicle maintenance of traffic plans
• Attendance at the pre-bid and bid opening meetings, and recommendations for
award of bid
• Construction administration
• Closeout documents |

"It's a great surface
to practice on and even better that it's on-campus as opposed to
practicing at the Rubber Bowl each day. The players love to practice
on it and the field has easy access from our locker rooms in the
field house.

gives our students a chance to watch practice and become more
