McCoy Associates maintains a qualified staff of inspectors and resident engineers. These skilled professionals provided construction administration and inspection services for improvements to Shiawassee Avenue, Durand Road, Grayling Drive, and Abington Road. Improvements consisted of both asphalt and concrete pavement replacement including installation of more than 5,400 feet of water lines, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and their appurtenances. McCoy Associates provided construction inspection, quantity tracking and calculations and acted as the liaison between concerned residents, the City of Fairlawn and the contractor.
