Sanitary Sewer, Water, and Storm Water
Facilities are integral components of a community’s infrastructure
investment. McCoy Associates, Inc. recognizes the value of this investment and strive to insure that these
facilities are designed for optimum performance at the lowest possible cost.
Ideal benefits are achieved when a facility has been designed to be
operationally efficient and relatively maintenance free.
McCoy is experienced in the design of all aspects of sanitary sewer collection,
water distribution, and stormwater management and collection systems,
including gravity and force main piping systems, pump stations, storage
facilities and storm water retention, detention and discharge systems. We
are also proficient in the performance of hydraulic flow calculations, storm
water runoff calculations, flooding analysis, analysis of dam structures and
ecological studies.
The failing condition of aging infrastructures often causes problems, such
as basement flooding, sewage backups, and fire flow deficiencies.
McCoy's methodology for studying
such problems and involving the public in the process of developing
solutions has proven to be very successful. A thorough understanding of
infrastructure-related problems is essential in order to develop effective
solutions. Public input is a vital component of
McCoy’s team effort problem resolution process, which brings
together the affected citizenry, public officials, planners, and the
consulting engineers to work toward the development of practical and
effective solutions. |
